Great question Alicia. I've had 4 best friends in my life: one in elementary school, one in junior high and high school, one in college, and one now. They were all with me during hard times and they had a lot of the same issues. Some best friends are able to help you even if they don't share the same problem.
I always chose best friends that were good listeners, creative, loved music, and were funny. What qualities do you look for in a best friend? Have you had different best friends at different times in your life?
