some times phones cant be used in school b|c the teachers will take it away if they see a student using it or some schools dont even let students use it at all they could have it but its not suppose to be shown like then whats the whole point of having a phone
why should we have phones in school
b|c what if we need to get in contact with out parents or with one of our family members umm what if the is a fire .. and we need to call the cops or some thing

It's a tough issue. I think students should be able to have cell phones as long as they keep it in their bags. Problem is, very few teens are disciplined enough not to grab it and use it during lunch, free time, and while teachers aren't looking ;)
You should make a video about this issue.
